Today, Dell unveiled their latest laptop, a colossus of a mobile workstation called the Dell Precision M4500. Here’s what you’re looking at.

The Precision M4500 ships with a choice of dual-core Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7 CPU, or else you can opt for Intel’s quad-core Core i7 chips for the ultimate in performance. There’s chassis space for up to two hard drives, and you can opt for either 500GB hard drives or 256GB SSDs, as well as choose between NVIDIA’s Quadro FX 880M or the FX1800M GPU.

Additionally, and somewhat uniquely, you also have between four different displays to choose from. The Precision M4500 starts off in a 15.6-inch, 1366 x 768 LED backlit configuration. You can also choose a 1600 x 900 HD+ display, a 1600 x 900 HD+ SRGB panel and finally a full HD, 1080p screen running at a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

The Precision M4500 supports up to 8GB of RAM, and you can opt for your choice of DVD or Blu-Ray drive, as well as an optional three megapixel webcam. Other specs include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, HSPA/EVDO Rev. A, Bluetooth 2.1, four USB 2.0 ports, FireWire (!), VGA out, DisplayPort, Ethernet, eSATA and audio in/out connectors.

How much will one of these beauties cost you? Prices start at $1,549 and go up to $2,399 for all the trimmings… but you’ll be expensing this anyway, won’t you?

Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory domains utilize a Single Operation Master method called FSMO (Flexible Single Master Operation), as described in Understanding FSMO Roles in Active Directory.

In most cases an administrator can keep the FSMO role holders (all 5 of them) in the same spot (or actually, on the same DC) as has been configured by the Active Directory installation process. However, there are scenarios where an administrator would want to move one or more of the FSMO roles from the default holder DC to a different DC.

Moving the FSMO roles while both the original FSMO role holder and the future FSMO role holder are online and operational is called Transferring, and is described in this article.

The transfer of an FSMO role is the suggested form of moving a FSMO role between domain controllers and can be initiated by the administrator or by demoting a domain controller. However, the transfer process is not initiated automatically by the operating system, for example a server in a shut-down state. FSMO roles are not automatically relocated during the shutdown process – this must be considered when shutting down a domain controller that has an FSMO role for maintenance, for example.

In a graceful transfer of an FSMO role between two domain controllers, a synchronization of the data that is maintained by the FSMO role owner to the server receiving the FSMO role is performed prior to transferring the role to ensure that any changes have been recorded before the role change.

However, when the original FSMO role holder went offline or became non operational for a long period of time, the administrator might consider moving the FSMO role from the original, non-operational holder, to a different DC. The process of moving the FSMO role from a non-operational role holder to a different DC is called Seizing.

You can transfer FSMO roles by using the Ntdsutil.exe command-line utility or by using an MMC snap-in tool. Depending on the FSMO role that you want to transfer, you can use one of the following three MMC snap-in tools:

Active Directory Schema snap-in

Active Directory Domains and Trusts snap-in

Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in

To transfer the FSMO role the administrator must be a member of the following group:

FSMO Role

Using the Adsense tips below will give you positive results, but it is important that you understand the things to avoid in your quest for increased revenues.
Adsense tips include not only how to identify and take advantage of the possibilities of this innovative program originated by Google, but what activities are precluded by strict adherence to the program rules. Since Google has the ability to remove the rights of marketers to take advantage of the program based on obeying the rules, entrepreneurs are well advised to stay within the guidelines. Obviously if a web site abusing Adsense program techniques causes the business web site to be shut down by Google, it can cause tremendous loss of revenue. It may be difficult or impossible to reactivate a site that has been shut down.

Sell a Product Not an Ad

Adsense administrators will not allow the practice of web sites that are set up for the sole purpose of listing and promoting ads for products. One of the easiest Adsense tips to comprehend is to sell the product, not the ad in your marketing efforts. Use insightful and interesting content and present it in a way that will grab the attention of the reader. Failure to follow this tip can lead to the shutdown of your web site quickly. If you focus on how best to sell the product, rather than how to make the most money with ads, you will not run afoul of Adsense administrators.

Stay With the Theme

One of the smart Adsense tips is to stay with the theme of the website when you place the adwords. The words should be incorporated into the content of the web page, both in terms of the subject of the information on the web site and the general look or theme of the web page. In other words, if you use a particular font for everything on the web site, your adwords should be the same font. The same concept applies to the style, color and writing style.

Make Each Web Site Count

When you set up a web site for the purpose of a marketing campaign, take advantage of the many Adsense tips to increase your overall revenue level. You should focus on one subject per web site and work on building excellent content on that web site. By taking advantage of traffic building activities, you can have an increase in visitors who are interested in the information that you have developed and presented on your web site. Keywords associated with the web page content help to improve product revenue.

Rein in your Expectations

Another of the effective Adsense tips is to avoid attempting too much because you want to get rich quick. It is a mistake to open web site after web site in the hopes of earning a fortune in Adsense revenues from each one. In fact, it is better to focus only on as many sites as you can adequately take care of. Each site should have your best keywords presented in a solid content that will attract the maximum number of visitors. Rein in the expectations of becoming an overnight millionaire and use your energy to improve the quality of your Adsense campaign.

Are you also in the race to have more followers than others on Twitter.com? Is it good or bad? Let us not forget that we live in an age when stress is all around us. Some amount of stress is unavoidable – we have to take it. But what about activities where stress can be avoided? Social networking sites have added stress to our life in many ways.

We want to open and view our page every day without fail. If we do not do that, it causes stress. If we post something that may not be liked by others, we are worried. That again causes stress.

We want to tell our friends about everything in our life. Is that necessary? In earlier days, you did not call your friends to tell them that you are drinking coffee, but with Twitter many people are doing exactly that. This is another stress causing factor. Rather than enjoying a sunset, you want to tell your followers that you are watching it- sad but true.

Twitter is the latest big bang on the Internet and everybody wants to have a profile. They were devotees of Facebook, Myspace, Orkut, etc., but suddenly they feel bad if they do not have a page on Twitter. Everybody is thinking about what to write on his or her page. I made a page and decided to write nothing. Why take stress about telling others about when I take bath?

The race for having more followers is a big stress. Tell me, why should I expect people to read what I write? Unless I have a reputation for writing things that are witty, interesting, informative and useful to others, why should anyone follow my page? Till I do that I should be happy with my friends following me. And once I develop some art to make others interested I should be happy to have few followers. I cannot get followers by spamming or by copying others? And ultimately what do I gain by having more followers – nothing. I can gain something if I am there to promote a product or sell a service, not otherwise. Please avoid stress at every cost. Stress takes the joy out of our life. Follow your own friends and let them follow you on Twitter. Following unknown people so that they will in turn follow you is just a stress creator which will amount to nothing in future. So follow your common sense and opt out of the race for more unknown followers on Twitter.
